CARLSRAD respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information through this website and The Rad List. Questions or requests: Hello@carlsrad.com.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and consent choice. Contact forms and chat may collect your name, email, message and any details you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive information. Wix and service providers may automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and technical activity.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to send the newsletter you request, answer messages, manage collaborations, operate and secure the website, understand site performance and meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails or by emailing Hello@carlsrad.com. Withdrawing newsletter consent does not prevent replies to a separate inquiry you send.

WIX, COOKIES AND OTHER PROVIDERS

This site is hosted on Wix. Wix and providers that support hosting, forms, chat, email delivery, security and analytics may process information on our behalf, including in countries outside your own. Their services may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security and performance. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls offered on the site; blocking essential cookies may affect features. External sites and embedded services have their own privacy policies.

SHARING AND RETENTION

We do not sell newsletter email addresses. We share information with service providers as needed to run the site, when required by law, or to protect rights and security. We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, including keeping limited unsubscribe records so we can honor your choice. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Email Hello@carlsrad.com to make a request. We may verify your identity and retain records where law permits or requires it. You may also contact your local privacy authority.

CHILDREN AND UPDATES

This site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We may update this policy as the site changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described on this page. Contact: Hello@carlsrad.com.
